Deborah L. Bennett

Debbie has been a certified Speech-Language Pathologist for 22 years. She leads the NH Chapter of the National Stuttering Association, and has held game nights for kids who stutter at her private practice in Kenne, NH. She is a member of ASHA special interest groups in Fluency and Counseling. Her interests include stuttering and cluttering, augmentative communication, autism, and developmental disabilities.


Deborah has worked in a variety of settings including public and private schools, early intervention, and in pediatric mental health and skilled nursing facilities. She is currently a Clinical Supervisor at the University of New Hampshire. Deborah enjoys lake living on beautiful Pawtuckaway Lake in southern NH, where she loves boating, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking and golf. She also brings a love of singing, music and theater to Camp Words Unspoken, where she is glad to join Lourdes Ramos-Heinrichs as Clinical Co-Director.
